Roles and Responsibilities

Acquire new customer contacts, earn trust and engage with customers mainly through calls,e-mails , Campaigns, Social Media.

Qualify and create a sales funnel of opportunities and track in CRM (Odoo)

Educate customers on AWS products/services and evangelize key wins

Collaborate with Sales Reps (SR), and Solution Architects (SA)

Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption

Evangelize customer success stories

Ability to profile customers from various internal/external sources to attain key business contacts

Ability to listen to customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to qualify opportunities

Ability to think logically and structure answers, and ability to deal with ambiguity

Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and processes

Ability to profile customers from various internal/external sources to attain key business contacts

Proven experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and delivering sales-qualified leads.

Develop and execute different demand generation strategies that are aligned with the company's business goals.

Identify the target audience and create tailored strategies to attract and convert potential customers

Align the strategies with sales goals to ensure the generation of high quality sales qualified leads

Work closely with sales teams to improve lead qualification criteria, overall pipeline health, and to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in a similar role, such as digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.

Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and improving conversion rates.

Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and digital marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in inbound and outbound marketing techniques.

Strong ability to analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and measure campaign performance.

Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

Skills in creating and optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and lead forms.

Understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing processes.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubstaff, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua).

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI).

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.

Familiarity with content syndication and retargeting strategies.

Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

Nice to Have

Google Ads or Google Analytics Certification is a plus.

AWS Cloud Knowldge is a plus.

AWS Certifications is a plus.

Social media marketing certifications from platforms like LinkedIn or Meta.
