As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced AWS Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our expanding team in India. As an AWS Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' business challenges and designing robust, scalable, and cost-optimized AWS solutions. You will lead discovery and assessment engagements, develop target architectures, and guide full-scale cloud migrations. You should be equally comfortable with hands-on technical work, stakeholder engagement, and delivering compelling technical presentations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct 7R Cloud Analysis, license assessments, and optimization reviews.
  • Drive MAP Lite and MAP 2.0 Discovery & Assessment activities.
  • Prepare Migration Readiness Reports and business case justifications.
  • Analyze customer business problems related to applications and databases.
  • Design and build AWS Target Architectures based on best practices.
  • Use tools such as AWS Migration Hub, Migration Evaluator, Cloudamize, etc., for discovery and planning.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end cloud migrations from on-premises or other hyperscalers to AWS.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise across Windows, Linux, and custom OS platforms.
  • Deep technical knowledge of AWS services including but not limited to:
    • EC2, VPC, Control Tower, S3, ELB, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFront, WAF, AWS Backup
    • Elastic Disaster Recovery (EDR), Failover/Failback, AWS ACM, Global Accelerator
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and customer teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Deliver customer-facing presentations and solution demonstrations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 8–14 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in AWS cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience in cloud migration frameworks, especially AWS MAP programs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex migration projects involving multiple workloads and teams.
  • AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification – mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of AWS cost optimization and licensing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client-facing meetings and presentations.
