Roles and Responsibilities
Architect and implement AI/ML models, APIs, and pipelines on cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
Configure and optimize cloud environments for AI workloads, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Deploy and manage AI/ML models in production environments using services like Amazon SageMaker, Lambda, and EC2.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, and S3.
Monitor system performance and continuously optimize for efficiency, ensuring secure and compliant AI solutions.
Work closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Develop automated workflows for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring using CI/CD tools.
Create detailed technical documentation and provide knowledge sharing for solutions delivered.
Any AI-related tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and CloudFormation.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or CodePipeline.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AI and cloud systems.
Nice to Have
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with edge AI and IoT on AWS platforms.
Understanding of ethical AI principles and compliance standards in AI systems.
Knowledge of other cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
